Important Details
We provide a full meal plan (except breakfast on the day of embarkation, as guests usually have breakfast at the hotel), bed linen, bath towels, diving tanks, weights, environmental fees, and diving guides. Our team consists of experienced professionals, including cooks and crew members.
We do not serve alcoholic beverages. However, guests may bring their own. We do not recommend alcohol consumption as, for safety reasons, divers will be restricted from diving for 8 hours after drinking. Since we will be about four hours away from land, our team reserves the right to prohibit alcohol consumption if deemed excessive.
⛴️🌊 Catamaran Oceano: 18.60m x 7.90m (60 feet), with four double cabins and four triple single-bed cabins, accommodating a total of 20 people for liveaboard. The vessel has two shared bathrooms, one on each side, but no suites.
⛴️🐋 Catamaran Jubarte: 18.60m x 7.90m (60 feet), with two quadruple cabins, two triple cabins, two double cabins, and two single cabins. The vessel has two shared bathrooms, one on each side, but no suites.
🔌 Power supply for recharging flashlights and cameras is dual voltage (110V/220V).
🤿 All diving tanks have Yoke valves.
🤿 Nitrox is limited to 10 tanks, with an additional cost of R$ 60.00 per tank.
🚫🔦 During the trip, there will be no flashlights available for purchase, rental, or borrowing. If you plan to participate in night diving, you must bring your own flashlight. If you need a quote for flashlights, contact us!
📍 In case of cancellation due to bad weather or strong winds that pose risks, a new date will be scheduled based on the availability of the group and the vessel. If a participant cannot attend on the rescheduled date, they will receive a credit for use on another occasion.
📍 Private Diver and/or Abrolhos Embarcações are not responsible for any fines and/or losses (airfare, accommodation, transfers, etc.) related to rescheduling due to weather conditions.

About the Airports:
The closest airport is Teixeira de Freitas, operated by Azul Linhas Aéreas, located 90 km from Caravelas. The next closest airports are Porto Seguro (280 km) and Vitória/ES (403 km from Caravelas).
The whale season runs from July to October, with the highest concentration in July, August, and September.

Payment can be made in up to 3 installments via Pix (due at embarkation) or 6 installments on a credit/debit card. A 20% deposit via Pix is required to confirm the reservation.

Terms & Conditions - Diving Trip to Abrolhos
Advance Payment A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled due to lack of quorum.
Cancellation Due to Bad Weather If the trip is canceled due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled. If a participant cannot attend the new date, they will receive a credit valid for 12 months.
Installments The 20% deposit applies to the cash price. If the remaining balance is paid in installments via a credit card, the full installment price applies, with the deposit deducted from the total. For Pix installment payments, the full amount must be paid 30 days before departure. Failure to meet this deadline results in the loss of the amount paid, without credit conversion.
Reservation Contract A signed contract is required to confirm the reservation. This can be signed digitally (eGov) or in person with notarization.

Cancellation & Changes Private Diver and Abrolhos Embarcações are not responsible for additional costs due to cancellations or rescheduling, such as airfare, accommodation, and transfers due to unforeseen circumstances.
